14-day right to withdraw

You may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, this period starts after you receive the last item.

How to arrange a return

Email info@vexllo.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is sufficient; using the form below is optional. We will provide return instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Contacting us for instructions does not make your statutory right dependent on our approval.

Condition and return costs

You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please include the original packaging and tags where possible; their absence alone does not remove your statutory withdrawal right.

You pay the direct cost of returning goods when changing your mind. We cover the necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Please contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate process.

Refunds

For a full-order withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option you chose is not refundable. For a partial return, delivery charges are refunded only where required by applicable law.

We refund using the original payment method, without refund fees, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us at info@vexllo.com if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your statutory rights. EU consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract, subject to applicable national law.
