Dispatch

We usually dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. This is our usual processing time, not a guarantee that your parcel will arrive within 24 hours. Weekends, public holidays and exceptional delays may affect dispatch.

Free delivery across the European Union

Standard delivery is free on all orders to all 27 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. No minimum order value is required.

Any optional express service and its charge will be displayed separately at checkout. Free EU delivery does not include the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and service selected. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, separate from our dispatch time.

Your address and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error or your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact info@vexllo.com with your order number. We will help investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Please retain any damaged packaging where possible.
